Terms and Conditions

Please read these carefully before ordering. If you commission me, you automatically accept the terms and conditions.

Order Process:

  • Please fill the order form to claim a slot.

  • When I receive the order form, commissioner will have the option to pay through Paypal or Zelle. I will provide details through preferred form of contact.

  • Please DM or email visual references.

  • Commissions are not subject to deadlines. I may take 2-6 weeks depending on my schedule.

  • Once all commission drawings have been completed they will be sent for production.

Production & Shipping

  • I will be ordering the charms for production from my supplier based in China. Production and shipping to my location takes 2-4 weeks max, depending on amount of orders.

  • All orders will be fulfilled by USPS and a tracking number will be provided.

  • Due to the international pandemic, shipping may be slow to deliver.

  • If the parcel is lost or damaged during shipment, please send me proof. Once you do and I've confirmed it, I will remake the charms and send you new ones.

Copyright and Usage

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Any commissioned art may not be used for any commercial or profitable use.

  • The commissioners are allowed to upload the commissioned art to their social media websites with a link/credit to me. The commissioner may not claim the commission as their own work.

  • I reserve the right to display any finished commission to my social media pages and portfolio.

Payments

  • Payments are made through Paypal or Zelle in USD.

  • I will start work on the commission after amount is paid in full.

  • I cannot accept cancellations.

  • I reserve my right to cancel a commission and return payment without prior notification. If emergencies such as sickness or broken tablet/PC come up.
